1.What is a "Giclée" Art Print?- Top -

 The word "giclée" is derived from the French language word "gicler" meaning "to squirt, spurt, or spray". It is commonly pronounced as "jhee-clay" and the name was originally applied to fine art prints in the early 1990s. It has since come to mean any high quality ink-jet print and is often used in galleries and print shops to denote such print. Giclee prints use inks which are tested to last over 150-200 years and are printed on museum quality paper and canvas.

Similar to our Giclee's, our fine art prints are personally inspected by the artist for Color Accuracy and Print Quality. We use the finest archival pigmented ink & fine art papers available in today's market. Our Acid-Free and Archival Paper last longer than a lifetime.

We recommend framing and matting the art print as soon as you receive it to avoid any possible damage to the print. 

3. How do ship such large artwork? - Top -

Our main objective is to provide a 100% damage free product you can enjoy for years upon years to come. Artwork is rolled into heavy duty mailing tubes and securely cushioned using a high density weight absorbing foam. Rolled artwork is much easier, safer and cheaper to ship than mounted or framed artwork. It’s so cheap that we even offer free ground shipping on multiple orders.

4. How long will my order take to arrive? - Top -

Your orders are very important to us, and we understand your time sensitive needs. We do our best to get the art print delivered within 1-5 business days. Depending on the size of your order and stock availability it may take up to 3-14 days. Allocated time is essential for custom high-end reproductions as they require special attention from the artist to inspect and finalize.

5. What is a Limited Edition Print? - Top -

When you buy a Limited Edition Print, you are investing in a rare and extremely collectible piece of artwork. Each piece is hand signed, numbered & embellished in a limited series of prints in this size and medium. If the art print is part of an edition of 100, that means only 100 prints of the art print will ever be created for this limited series. As time passes, the value of limited edition prints rise dramatically as they sell out and become less available.

6. What is an Artist Proof? - Top -

An artist proof is an extremely rare print and is not included in the count of a limited edition set. This factor alone makes them even more valuable than a limited edition print. The possible differences from a "standard" print are often reflected in its price. To retain the valuable worth of select artworks we only offer 5 artist proofs, of these prints.
